A true Leeds United legend passed away. A man that never gave less than 110% for the club. I feel I’m so fortunate to have seen Billy play so many times. He scored some important goals & was in the headlines some times for the wrong reasons, 1974 Charity Shield & his fight with Kevin Keegan springs to mind.

Legend a word that’s bandied around far too cheaply these days but Billy was just that a true legend. I remember a friend phoning me to tell me of his passing and I just sat there unable to speak or think. This was followed by tears and lots of them what an awful day.

Agreed, at his peak, one of the world's best players. He's hugely underrated nowadays, Billy Bremner.
