Hopefully he's just trying to skank a bit more money.
We are Leeds, we have to believe our new players are good enough, encourage and support them and help them grow in to a team to be reckoned with. MoT

He's joining in loan, so there won't be any discussions with him about wages.

Linked with a loan move for Serge Gnabry, would be a fantastic signing, although there's no chance of a permanent move afterwards. If he was to come, I hope he wouldn't underperform like many last young EPL loan signings. Bit surprised by the link, thought he'd join an EPL team if he was to go out on loan.

All we need is a few players to make up a solid spine in the team this year, and when January comes along we can complement that with another few and then next year kick on with a few more, its about building the right backbone initially once thats in place others will form the arms head and legs :D

Still feel we need a centre back, goalscorer and gradel type winger

I agree. A Hudson or Hanley at CB, a goal scorer like Chris Wood and then possibly both or either Agard and Gary Mackay Steven.
Like I've said before this give extra dimensions to our squad and quite a solid looking first XI.

Gnabry would be an unbelievable signing can not see it happening though.

according to Emanuele Giulianelli this sort of length for a transfer is common within Italian football in the off season and the delay is over the view of a permanent after.

Hanley or Hudson haven't really set things on fire for me, if I was to choose one it would be Hanley.
