The thing about asking Nigel Gibbs is that Gibbs is persuing legal action after being previously dismissed from his earlier role with the club.

It's becoming clearer by the day that Cellino has a view of running Leeds United that does not match the professional manner i expect from an owner.

Others can comment far more than i can about Cellinos signings but from my position as a fan in the south of England, if the route of getting a squad together is going for players from abroad by the number Cellino clearly is, then the playes are going to need stability and time to settle. This means that Cellino is going to have to change his ways of running a club - which of course he doesn't look likely to do any time soon.

For me, his ownership can only end one way - badly for the fans and the club.

I hope i'm wrong and we can all taste the sweet success under his tenure.

Interesting piece about the tax evasion / dishonesty issue (which hasn't yet been finalised) and the football league's FPP test, from The Guardian yesterday.

Harvey seems intent on seeing us back down the administration path. If MC is really guilty of any misdemeanour then surely Birmingham City with their crooked owner Carson Yeung who's doing 6 years in prison should be in administration ? Then there's all the question marks on how Abromavich made his billions ? No it's Leeds United so let's pick on them. I question Harvey's alliance with Bates, who's still hovering over the club like a vulture. I ask the Football League is Harvey a fit & proper person to be doing the job that he is ?

Just a quick edit as I have been thinking about this, remember a little while ago Harvey going to I think it was Malaysia to vett potential buyers. What was that all about & surely as an executive of the FL I'm sure that wasn't in his remit.

Maybe Cellino should sell Leeds to a secret company in British Virgin Islands who he does not know the owners of, who will then re appoint him as chairman just like Penfold and his master had the good fortune of? If Harvey goes down this route with Cellino he not only leaves himself open to questions with regard to other clubs like Birmingham but also will raise questions about his own time as CEO of the club he is trying to punish. There are so many contradictions and complications in Shaun Harvey taking Leeds to task over this, that Cellino could easily take this to court and have it torn to shreds. Only someone with 3 administrations under his belt could even contemplate such a stupid plan. The ship has sailed on Cellino Shaun, get over it.

There would be a certain satisfaction if MC was able to find some dirt on Harvey but I'm not optimistic as I'm sure he will make sure there's no paper trail left, that will have gone months ago. Remember our ex CEO did in his Bradford days refer to us as White Pooh & Bates during his Chelsea days called us animals. I feel a conspirasory theory coming on & fear all this will end in tears. The only consolation is I can't believe MC didn't have contingency plans in place for this happening. Maybe then he will have to take a back seat & employ a manager.
