Redfearn did a good job so far given the circumstances and he is commited in what he does for the club. I do not think another managerial change would benefit us.

Me too. We cannot even judge Redders yet until he gets the four additional players that he AND Cellino have both said they know we need. Give him a full squad that he is happy with then judge how he gets them to play. Sadly, can't see it happening tho.

If he uses his loaf he'll earn a crust.
I once played against Don Revie.

I agree with this.

What managers in their right minds would even consider coming to us and subject themselves to trying to do their job properly under Cellino.

Hasselbaink is really just starting what would seem to be a very promising managerial career. He has done a great job at Burton but Burton were in a very strong position before he joined them, which has been in cevelopment over a number of years. The situation as Leeds is vastly different.

Cellino is like a spoilt child, he doesn't pay tax, because he like many tas avoiders, stick their bottom lip out and stamp their feet and say 'I'm not payign it!' - leaving the rest of us to 'put up and shut up'.
Our club like a his toy box - now he wants a new toy to play with. If I were a football manager I would give Cellino a wide berth!
