Sako has left Wolves. His contract expires tomorrow and they've been unable to agree a new contract. Leicester are the current front runners for his signature.

Tough call for Woods, Black Country is the home of heavy metal, while we can only offer heavy metal football.

If he scores goals though, he will be on a stairway to heaven :shifty:

Go on, Everton, stand firm and reject Man Utd's approach for Coleman.

May be in a minority here but I'm really non plus re wood. For some this is seen as a really positive move because it's £2m plus and he is British based. From what I recall he was only really a success for a brief period at millwall, was often sub at leicster and clearly isn't good enough for the premiership. Isn't he just another Steve Morrison ? Certainly no better than bechio as was. In fairness he has age on his side. I may be wrong but I felt the same about sharp. Whilst Erwin is probably not ready to carry our forward line, I am much more comfortable with his signing than that of wood.
