Nooruddin Interview with Ben Jacobs

Post by simon »

Just been listening to this Ben Jacobs Talk Sport interview which popped up on twitter this afternoon and it is a good listen.

I like this Salah bloke! Most importantly Salah / GFH has told Brian to look for 1-2 more players before the transfer window closes! :)

Talked about how much money GFH have invested in Leeds (about the £6 million +) Also touched on upon linking up with other teams from their part of the world and scouting for players from the region.

Talk of transfer dealings is at about the 22 minute mark if any of you are a bit impatient :)

Intestine comment about GFH business model involving a technical partner, who is not on board in this case..... An opening for Adam Pearson?

Intestine comment? Give you something of a visceral reaction did it?
Can't listen to it right now, what do you mean he said 'not on board in this case'? They haven't found someone or someone doesn't agree with what they're doing?

He indicates GFH's model with any investment is to partner with a technical investor.... Someone who has specialist knowledge of the sector. This infers there is an opening for an investor who has knowledge of running a football club or sporting franchise.... A la Adam Pearson.

It'll be interesting to see if any of this money will be spent in the transfer market. I'm certain the chairman knows how much his shares would be worth should we end up back in the Premiership.

Watch this space.
