Isn't Murphy supposed to be a decent free kick taker too? Yet he's not stepping up for them here.

I thought Warnock could take a good free kick as well? Murphy might not feel he has enough authority to muscle McCormack out of the way for them yet

Warnock appears a bit inconsistent with his corners and so does Murphy. Prefer Murphy to be taking the free-kicks over McCormack though.

I would love to see him given a run of games 5-6 to gain a proper view on his ability. I would like to see is play 4-4-2 with him left wing and Diouf on the right with Poleon and Ross up front.

Ok so he hasn't come back for pre season fit (which is concerning given his lack of opportunities) but we will never know if he's a championship player if he doesn't play an I don't think the odd substitute appearance counts! If he can't play at this level then once it has been proved then look to move him on. Currently he is the only player in the squad that resembles a left winger (Aidy White is awful IMO) so give him a go!

Get Murphy on free kicks, Ross and Rudy are rubbish at them! Every FK is wasted with those 2!

Free kicks? Has to be Austin for me, his technique and accuracy is questionable, but I just want to see one go in and take the netting with it!

For what it's worth, I personally feel he has not been given a fair crack of the whip. He had a great game at Huddersfield .... What is a stat. The season before we signed him he had the most assists out of all the players in the leagues out with the premier league. So this is someone who can clearly create chances for people. You seen it at Huddersfield. I can only guess his attitude sucks or confidence is low and in turn the squad / staff have no confidence in him ... A few players under Big Mac seem to have been given a reprieve. Hall hasn't. But I trust in McDermott. Just wouldn't mind hall getting 3 games back to back
