Has anyone spotted this? What do they think they're doing! Plagiarism. And they're using the twitter tag #lufctalk

The YEP Podcast LUFCTALK has been going on for several months. Earlier in the year I posted a complaint on the YEP website, obviously others have also made the point to YEP. In the YEP Podcast no, 3 (you can find it by Googling 'LUFCTALK Podcast no.3') there is a half-hearted apology for pinching the name, which ends (to laughter) 'see you in court'.

Perhaps they shouldn't laugh, for all they know we could have the backing of a bearded millionaire who likes his day in court.

If Bogdan doesn't have a shave for a fortnight, then the YEP are in trouble! ;)

How well SEO is this site, can we use it to our advantage so when people search lufctalk they come here?

Type 'LUFCTALK' into google and we come top of the search.

We had a brief discussion about the YEP using our name and we came to the conclusion that it was a bit like a butcher calling himself David Backham - no threat at all to the real thing. 8-)

How odd that just 24 hours after LUFCTalk open themes about our top players and worst signings, the YEP produce an article along virtually identical lines. Coincidence or yet another case of plagiarism?
