At my age I not really understand how Twitter works and if this is genuine but did anyone see a tweet from Shaun Harvey

Dont worry a few have placed some nice replies to him!! but is this really him who has placed this tweet?
Should someone who is about to go and work for the football league and show impartiality to all members, be writing a comment like that???
Surprised really that the press have not picked up on it or am I just reading too much into it?
