2) Scout the Norwich scouts. We need to know where they are and when they are coming. Then when they come, we trot Michael Brown, Noel Hunt and Danny Pugh out in a behind closed doors match against some U9's.

How did we find Gradel, Snodgrass, Becchio, Johnson etc?

Not being funny, genuinely asking.

Snodgrass and Becchio were finds from when Gary McAllister was in charge, I think McAllister worked as a scout after resigning from Coventry so they could be down to him having contacts or prior knowledge. Gradel and Johnson were just players at Leicester and Northampton respectively so probably not a great need for scouting them as they would have been a bit more visible being at clubs in our division around that sort of time.
