Love this video.

Two key points I picked up though.

1. Great to see how involved in the group rafa and rodders are. They really seem to have a bond with the other lads in that clip which is great to see, happy players in a team performing well tend not to leave.

2. He talked about Alioksi is the same vein as Bera and Pablo in terms of great servants to the club and sad to see them go.

If I was manager I would have 38 team sheets printed with one name included - STUART DALLAS. I would then pick the other 10 for each match.
