I'm thinking it was someone from China, but they're all on ridiculous wages. There's no one who could be a surprise signing playing in Japan.rigger wrote:".. from Asia" is the key phrase.
It couldn't be Carlos Tevez, could it ??
I know he's been a massive flop but we couldn't get anywhere near his wages, even if the Chinese club helped us out.

It'll be Kim Jong-Un. Things have been too smooth at ER the last few weeks.rigger wrote:".. from Asia" is the key phrase.

This big signing may be major investor, not a player.rigger wrote:".. from Asia" is the key phrase.

That was my thinking, and would tie in with our recent announcement of our new 'Head of Football development' in Asia. We certainly are beginning to cast the LUFC net very wide!Wigan White wrote:This big signing may be major investor, not a player.rigger wrote:".. from Asia" is the key phrase.

That's my assumption too. We're not going to announce a new signing a week after the window closes, but a big budget deal with an Asian media network or training kit sponsor or something would be equally exciting imo.Austin91 wrote:That was my thinking, and would tie in with our recent announcement of our new 'Head of Football development' in Asia.
