Hopefully. A full ER is a huge boost.

Im happy with liverpool on first day. Usually in the begining of the season fitness is somewhat off, and we can surprise cause most of the clubs arent watching 600 of matches of each rival team in the league. Even if we wont win we will make some troubles. In second round the clubs are a little more prepared.

BB the top 6 clubs are obviously hard games, but i mostly fear boring boring Burnley. They play the exact style of play to take all 6 points from us (considering how we played the privious season) - one unit in defence, narrowing down the field and playing long balls on counter attacks to score.

I picked out the Burnley game, purely as it’s on Boxing Day. It will actually cause me a small problem as I’ll be off to that game (if fans are allowed in) whilst the Mrs visits the in-laws :D

Looking at those fixtures again, that’s not a bad run in at all.

Brighton, Burnley & Southampton Away, with Spurs & WBA at home among the last 5. That could be important come May time.

Very important, considering April is Sheffield United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United... Wow!
