The link froze on me. Any indication where they got their data from. Considering it was 43 years ago were they just asking pensioners their opinions?

Not that I care really. Sir Don Revie's team were hated because they were far superior, just as a lot of people hated Sir Alex Ferguson's team in the 90's.

If you page through the photos it gives the top 30, we appear again in 30th place (George Grahams team).
MK Dons are 2nd but a few Man Utd teams in there also.

Don't really get how can we can be hated now because of the 60s and 70s. Pretty embarrassing really, either pensioners who are sad and need to move on or young people pretending they knew all about our team in the 70s.

Back in those years the game had more physical fouls and Leeds always stood their ground and had one or two that could always get opposing fans angry but the media and other than Leeds supporters got more upset with the time wasting and what I call tricks of the trade of which were commonplace in Europe but rarely seen here, so you could say we were pioneers as those tactics now are freely used, clever man that Mr Revie.
