Never played for our first team did he? ;)

Martyn
Sprake
Harvey
Lukic
Robbo, Mervyn Day, Stewart.

All class IMO, there's a few others who hardly got a look in here but might have been great had there not been better keepers ahead of them. I actually think that had Martyn stayed and Robinson gone to Everton or wherever we would have stayed up. Venables is to thank for screwing Martyn's Leeds career and our chances of beating relegation, Robbo was suspect IMO whereas Martyn was a near perfect keeper.

Martyn was by far the best. Then Harvey for me. Robinson, Lukic, Dave Stewart ?.. Schmical was and went onto be good..... and sadly the one who never played for the club, Eddies biggest blunder... David Seaman might have been the best of the lot.

Yep...the big Cornish man for me. He was top class. Interesting looking at Wiki I thought he was at Leeds forever, but he actually played more games for Palace. Even though he went late in his career the Everton fans also only have great things to report of big Nige. Always came across has a really good soul as well.

No he didn't and Eddie offloaded him to Peterborough according to Wiki.

Definitely Nigel Martyn, nice guy too. I remember a pre-season friendly at Forest he took several minutes out of his warm-up to sign Forest fan's programmes and they gave him an appreciative ovation.

Martin definitely the best. Better than Seaman. Seaman just had the inside track with regards to England by playing at Arsenal.
Letting Seaman go was down to finances. EG had a choice to keep only one of Lukic and Seaman. Dawned either way.
Follow the cause not the leaders.
