I’m sure I read that the new badge would be unveiled for the 2019/2020 season, as this would actually be the centenary year for the club.
When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

I couldn't understand why the current badge was on the kit but that would make sense if they are doing it next season.

Especially when it will coincide with our premier league return. :D

I had a bit of a re-think. The smiley was the wrong way round (being slightly subversive) so I switched it back & gave the peacock better head plumage. I then realised that the older version almost looked like it was wearing a crown (which is kind of cool) so maybe I should've left it. I just don't know when to stop!!...

The bottom row has the "crown".

With the centenary ending, we will soon need a new badge again. I still can't forget these ones. Especially the 'crown' version without text. It would look incredible on the new PL shirt. Simple like the Apple logo and iconic like the PSG one. Did they get submitted to the club?

Funny, I was thinking about these the other day & had to dig through an old external HD to see if I still had them.

Yes, I submitted them :)
