It does seem like 'jobs for the boys'. Whatever happened to 'multi-tasking'?

It might work with a competent head coach, director of football and chairman. Difficult to tell with our current incumbents, though.

The players Orta bought in were to compliment the 4-2-3-1 formation they wanted TC to play. Once that started to fail we started to look (and still do) void of ideas of any other system. We lack serious physicality imo, infact we lack alot of things in this team. Wolves are the benchmark, pace, power and skill. So AR as had his eyes opened as to what is needed the only problem seems to be that he is still entrusting Orta to build that team.

There's strong rumours that Heckingbottom has accepted a termination package & Marco Silva will be the new head coach.

I love strong rumours.

They're right up there with "My mate fancies you !" and "Is it true what they say about DJs ?" ...

If you fancy a punt, Silva is currently 15/2 with Paddy Power.
When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

They were the reason he left Watford, weren't they?
