Newcastle United's Karl Darlow on Leeds United's radar as the club look to strike a deal for a goalkeeper in the early stages of the transfer window
We've been linked with that move before. Is it going to be one of those that resurfaces every so often.

Can we please not sign another injured player?

It was great to hear MB talking up the possibility of transfers today, even if it did seem with some reluctance. He has squeezed every last drop from this squad imo and the onus should be on the club to reward him with 3-4 good players on loan for the push into next year. This is the man to take lead us to the end of the rainbow, and if the club are serious about it, they should back him with everything they can muster.

Hmm extremely unlikely on two fronts, The way Mike Ashley controls Newcastle's purse strings now they are no way likely to pay anything decent for a striker to be even considered and also we are odds on going up, so why would you leave?

Spanish press saying Gomez is in talks to go to Atletico Bilbao for €3m. Surely we have to match that? Would be a quality acquisition and not breaking the bank for it either, around £2.7m.

I think we need a GK, CB and a goalscoring CM to add to the squad and I'll be happy. Probably be loans as not expecting us to spend. We can't afford to chance injuries again and not sure what will happen with Brown.

I'd send back Harrison and Baker to clear some space for wages.
