Another keeper name I've seen bounded about is Kiki Casillas. Third choice at Real Madrid but has had international call up to Spain in the past.

Heard that too, but Newcastle also after him.... PL probably wins out.

32 years old experienced, experience in top league and played at international level.(even if limited).

Certainly not the worse signing.
