He's about 12 and looks like he's in a boy band !DominanceUK wrote:Can't say I've ever heard of the guy.NottinghamWhite wrote:Paddy Power have Rubén de la Barrera as 3rd favourite behind Claudio Ranieri & Filippo Inzhaghi.

He's got a good record as a manager though, fair play.

Just picked up on the fact he is manager of Cultural Leonesa... hmm, could be some truth in this.

Or it could be a load of old bull cooked up by bored journos putting uno y uno together to come up with dos/toss.
We had two players on loan with them last season, right ?
So that's the starting point right there.
This is on a par with Hockaday for me.
At least there was some logic with Heck : young, English, same div, Yorkshireman.
This guy .. Spanish, 33 .. er .. and ??
If he was Italian and AR knew him from the lower leagues in his own country then I might believe it, but the only thing I can think of is that Orta met with the guy before sanctioning those loans for Bouy and Ideguchi and was impressed, but it's a hell of a leap, isn't it ?
If that is the truth, by the way, it'll be interesting to see the fan reaction given that most of us actually dislike Heck marginally less than we do Orta

When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

You could well be right, Rigz but nothing surprises me in football anymore.rigger wrote:DominanceUK wrote:Just picked up on the fact he is manager of Cultural Leonesa... hmm, could be some truth in this.
