Man City (to start at 0 points)
Fulham (to start at 5 points)
Rotherham (to start at 8 points)
Stevenage (to start at 16 points)
I had £15 on this for all 4 teams to win their respective leagues. If memory serves me correctly their odds were 14/1 to 20/1, something like that. Hope this makes sense!
