We seem to be making a habit of signing forwards who get injured soon after joining us ..

I hope he makes a quick recovery. Although i do think the team are doing well with the personnel we have. The problem with this injury though is it might lower the work rate of Roofe on the grounds he was always having to up his game with Bamford waiting in the wings to take his place off him as soon as his standards dropped. I hope this won't be the case and Roofe goes on to score 30+ goals this season.

That's a nightmare. We do seem to have terrible luck with injuries. Need Roberts to step up his game now then as support/alternative striker, and the sooner Izzy Brown is fit the better.

I believe edmondson is probably ahead of Roberts at centre forward

MB has said he would give youth a chance so anyone of Dalby, Edmondson and Roberts have the chance to step up to the plate and show how good they are.

So which one of those WILL he go with

And which one SHOULD he go with?

Can anyone set up a vote?

So we are now reliant on Roofe staying free from injury & retaining his form

Roberts hasn't impressed me from what I've seen so far although he has suffered two injuries since joining Leeds & hasn't had a full pre-season so probably needs time

Edmondson & Dalby are fine young prospects but are they ready for the rigours of the Championship yet?

We are playing a dangerous game relying on limited strikers & CB's which could come back to haunt us as the season draws on

Only positive is we have scored eight goals from our midfielders & two from defenders out of the fourteen goals scored so far

The writing was on the wall for all to see!

We've already dropped points at Swansea having to play without a unrecognised CB imo!

One fit recognised striker does not fill me with confidence

i pointed this out, months ago what if we lose either striker to injury
proberly bamford. has he a bit injury phrone, what would we do.
now were see :problem: .
and with millwall on the horizon, who have done us lately,
we need to get a striker in pronto if possible.
all the main challengers have 3.4 or even 5, forwards
basically we have 1 :problem:
