Hi all,
I was thinking about the positive impact Mr Bielsa has had on results and how this alone is worth his salary. The question/debate is How much do you think the squads value has increased by since his arrival?
Take Phillips, start of the season 2 to 3 mill max value imo, now we can surely triple it. If we some how are finally blessed and gain the ultimate goal and go up tje squad value could well rocket again.
70k wage looks like a snip now!

Absolutely agree Micky, top coach that is ideal to develop our promising youngsters (at same time increasing the value of the squad).
Trouble is its only a matter of time until the big boys come knocking with their bottomless cheque books to try cherry pick our better players. Promotion is essential if we are going to keep them.

Think the 70k wages are actually split across Bielsa and his coaching staff.

Isn’t Bielsa on £2M a year, I’m sure I’ve seen that somewhere.SiMamu wrote:Think the 70k wages are actually split across Bielsa and his coaching staff.
