The FA has overturned Gaetano Berardi’s red card at Millwall. Bradshaw will not be cited for deceiving a match official. Bamford did exactly the same & received a 2 match ban

This shouldn't have a thread of its own.NottinghamWhite wrote:The FA has overturned Gaetano Berardi’s red card at Millwall. Bradshaw will not be cited for deceiving a match official. Bamford did exactly the same & received a 2 match ban
It should be in" The Funny Corner" thread as not citing Bradshaw is definitely a joke......
Re: Berardi
It's an absolute disgrace. Adrian Durham was fighting our corner earlier, raging about it.

Re: Berardi
They are simply lying to suit their own crooked agenda. He dived no doubt about it from anyone who has seen it, even if there was slight contact which there wasn’t it’s a contact sport and he still cheated.

Re: Berardi
The message they give suggests they are happy it was a penalty but only the sending off was unjust because Phillips was behind him.
Great specsavers advert.

Re: Berardi
This, and the issues from the VIlla game last season, where our players are penalised and opposing players are let off Scott free...It just sends a message out there to other players and teams, that cheating against Leeds is acceptable.
Same old, same old, double standards.
And that referee should not be allowed to officiate at any further Leeds games as his record against us is very suspect.

Re: Berardi
Maybe at least people will stop blaming Berardi who was blameless and who had a super game earlier in the week against WBA
Referees can (SHOULD) only give what they clearly see has happened... this fella should retire, most of us have played in refereed matches and if you witnessed that sort of thing you'd be raging about it, regardless of the level of the game you're in.
ps it wasn't me who voted for Berardi as MOTM

Heard a rumour that it was the ref voted for Berardi. Realised he'd made a mistake and wanted to compensate.Another Northern Soul wrote:Maybe at least people will stop blaming Berardi who was blameless and who had a super game earlier in the week against WBA

Re: Berardi
People will have seen the penalty given to Liverpool against Leicester. Mane dived. Apparently there is nothing that can be done retrospectively
