You are correct about beating Blackburn on boxing day but the bad run started the following Saturday at home to Hull City.Emley White wrote:Didn't we beat Blackburn on Boxing Day? With 3 points seperating 3rd and 8th, it's important that Leeds at least maintain a gap while the chasing pack jostle for position.
With only two of the current top 8 remaining to play after Feb, the next two months will be clutch.
What really matters is how we perform over the next 10 games - if we manage a decent run then we'll firm our grip on the auto spots and be able to weather a strong run from some a team below. Many team will falter and whilst if we do we could still be "in the mix" the closer any third team gets the likelihood we run the risk of being unseated by a late season wobble.
Last season game 25-34 were W4D1L5 - 1.3PPG, aiming for 2PPG is what we need.

Boxing day was the last win of our streak and we were on 51 points, that's what I meant by the end of the run, and it's the ten games after boxing day that we lost half of the gamesSelby White wrote:You are correct about beating Blackburn on boxing day but the bad run started the following Saturday at home to Hull City.Emley White wrote:Didn't we beat Blackburn on Boxing Day?
