Klopp will be fully aware that Bielsa teams always start really well can’t believe he will take this game lightly. An intriguing start can’t wait.

BBC

The meeting of the champions

There can be little doubt over the glamour fixture of the opening weekend as the champions of the top two divisions go head to head.
Leeds, now under iconic Argentine boss Marcelo Bielsa, are back in the Premier League after 16 years away and have the toughest possible start.
Liverpool - English champions for the first time for 30 years - have not lost a home game in the Premier League since a 3-1 defeat by Crystal Palace in April 2017. Jurgen Klopp's side have won 25 of their past 26 league matches at Anfield.
The Reds travel to Chelsea for their second game, before a home match against FA Cup winners Arsenal. Leeds host fellow promoted side Fulham in their second fixture.

Not that there's a "good time" to play Liverpool right now, but I honestly believe we couldn't have asked for a better time to play Liverpool. First game back (bar the Community Shield) will mean they will still be getting into their flow. Imagine if we played them around Christmas!!

Looking forward to this game as I am a massive fan of Klopp and my dad and brother are Liverpool fans.

I can see us coming away with something if we're lucky, but let's remember they are unbeaten in about 2 and a half years at home...

In Bielsa we trust...

All of a sudden, all the fixtures look tough. Bring back the championship (lol). What a morale boosting start we could have though if we win at Anfield.Bring it on. MOT. ALAW.
