Where will Leeds finish

Post by NottinghamWhite »

Well last season 65% of voters got it right with voting us as champions. Different ball game this year but let’s see what the consensus think this time round.

Personally in our first season I’d be very happy to finish just outside the top ten. I think the relegation slots will be filled by Fulham, Sheffield United & West Ham.

I'm going for a top half finish (5th to 10th) just see us getting better and better through the season.

Relegation, West Brom, Fulham & Brighton for me but Villa, Burnley & Newcastle will give them a run for their money.

I think we’ve already done this, or similar, in the Premier League Expectations thread, but I’ve gone 11th to 15th which would be a very good first season back for me.

Before a ball's been kicked, we're in ninth place alphabetically, and I don't think it too fanciful to believe we'll end the season there ...... which would be a great return to the big time.

Did say in a podcast that we'd finish somewhere between 7th to 15th, still believe that will happen.
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

I think safely bottom half with no real threat of relegation would be a good return (11th-15th). You never know though, we might just sneak into the top half.

Most of predictions (and some pundits like Jonathan Wilson) put the team between the 11 and 15 position. To me, teams like West Brom, Villa and Newcastle seems very weak this season.

Talking about big surprise, aside Wolves, I see Sheffield qualifying on europeans competitions.

Chelsea, though its big budget and spend, I see them 4-5th, due the arrogance of Lampard. At the opposite, I see Arteta building a good team with Arsenal. I wouldn't surprised seeing them at 3-4 position
