Unless we suffer the fabled burn out

Was thinking the other day 3 teams have done the double over us (Wolves, West Ham & Brighton) none of whom are world beaters. Reverse half those defeats and we would have been up there chasing CL places. I know its a game of Ifs & Buts but we really are not too far away from competing at the top.

Of course next season we will suffer 2nd season syndrome

Just like last time it happened to us :D

That surprise Everton defeat makes things very interesting given that they finish away to Man City.

Agreed, it won't be easy given we've got Southampton away but looking at Arsenal and Everton's last 2 fixtures, it'll probably be 8th or 9th if we do manage to win our last two.

Hands up who thought we would finished over 30 points above the relegation zone?

Not me. I forecast 15th place

Not me, I had us 12th to 16th.

I had us doing what Blades did last season in the belief our style of play would cause upsets and be effective. Unlike Blades, I expect us to make 2- 3 great signings - winger/LB/attacking midfielder - and kick on to Top 6 ... here's hoping!

Got the 9th spot on with 3 points less. Wrong about the Champions league positions.
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.
