I don’t know a lot about football memorabilia but that shirt has to be worth a few bob.

Oh yes, no doubt. I view it this way - if it's not for sale (like Phil's) - it's priceless. If it was for sale then I'd bet a few £thousand would be bid. I've a very few items which would do okay if sold but I'll never let them go due to personal/sentimental valuation.

There was me thinking £7-800 but I suppose you only need a few interested on eBay as Gary was a very popular player. As Jimmy Greaves used to say “ It’s a funny old game “ I have things not necessarily football related that are worth good money but will never be sold whilst I’m still taking a breath but that’s another thread. ;)

Apologies for hijacking the thread.

Value doesn’t come in to it to be honest. I’ll be getting it framed & it’ll go to my grandson upon my demise. I’ve already written a letter telling him who’s shirt it was, the significance of the 1991-92 season, the signatures I can make out, what I paid for it & any other information I could think of. Once a year I buy him something so far there’s this shirt, a signed print ( 1 of a 100) of Eoin Morgan lifting the World Cup & a signed print of Lee Chapman scoring a certain goal at Bournemouth also in 1992.

Did you click on Preview to see if it had worked? The photo doesn't show until you actually Submit the post - I think that's right.
