Yeah shifting fast towards Barca. It looked like they had the De Jong Money earmarked for Lewandowski all along. Hard to tell whats going on there tbh it needs to get settled so we can take care of ourselves.Hard to feel not feel Leeds have been totally disrespected by Barca. Kalvin not being back to finish that deal is a hold up too.Selby White wrote:Looks like De Jong is going to Man Utd so that is where the money is from, not magic.corkleedsmot wrote:Speculation is rife that Barca are back and seriously trying to hijack Chelsea deal and they have magically found money. Gerard Romero said it not long ago. Supposedly they have sold 10% of their TV rights for 200 million or something. Also Depay is going crazy online saying he is being disrespected too and there is speculation they are trying to swap Depay which can't be real surely. Also trying to push Dembele to Chelsea instead. What a bloody saga. Either way I hope Raph is out the door in the next day or so. Honestly Deco should never be dealt with again by Leeds. Absolute mess of an agent and Barca are a mess of a club these days.
Chelsea odds still drifting now 2/3, Barca shortened to 9/4.

Struggled to get a regular start at Bournemouth, looked promising a few years back but seems to have hit a plateau with his development.superfox wrote:Yeah, forgot about him.HalifaxWhite wrote:We still have Leif Davis don't we? 3 options as I see it -
Struijk will be cover.
Harrison converted to win back.
We have someone lined up but need the Phillips or Raphina money.

If we are planning to play 4 at the back then Hjelde is potentially a very very good left back. Not really flying up in attack, but like peak Guardiola-Barcelona (the best team in my lifetime imo) had a very defensive minded left back in Abidal and a attacking right back in Alves. We could definitively do something like this with Hjelde and Kristensen.

Part of me would prefer to see Raph go to Chelsea, as against Barca - Not got anytime for Chelsea - But at least at Chelsea will get to see him play on a regular basis in the PL and CL - With Barca tend to only see them on European nights and these days that is a shorter journey than the past - Obviously would prefer him to stay but that is another story

Richarlison to Spurs for 50mil plus add ons up to 60. Surely our price for Raphinha has to go up now. If we sold Raph for the same price it's a joke. He's 10x the player Richarlison is, also way more impact mon the national team too.
