I’m thinking of taking on Brentford in a straight match bet this time round, it’s around 4/5.
Thought of you BB when I first saw to this thread, wandering what the bet would be for the coming season.

Probably a more difficult choice than the previous few years.
Very tricky this year Al, but my first thought was the Brentford one.

I’ll also do some requestabets nearer the time, sometimes the bookies are over generous with them IMO.

You ever do the handicap betting at the beginning of the season, BB? I do a lucky 15 with it each year and got a fair bit back from it

The only handicap one I do is SW’s game on the forum :D.

To be honest Dom, I prefer a straightforward bet, without too many complications and variables. Obviously, your chances of winning are enhanced and it’s much easier to follow.

Will look like a great bet if CE chooses to go to another club.

Agree mate, several variables at the moment, including our own ins and outs.

Looking at the top scorers list the bookies seem to be suggesting goals for us maybe hard to come by.

Paddy is our lowest odds at around 40/1 to be the Prem league top scorer but there are 15 players listed above him.

Not surprisingly a Leeds born player tops the list -

Erling Haaland 7/2
Mo Salah 9/2
Harry Kane 6/1
Ronaldo 10/1
Son 10/1
Nunez 14/1

Other Leeds players on the list
Raphina 60/1
Joffy 100/1
Aaronson 150/1
Rodrigo 175/1
Harrison 200/1

Not a betting man but Kane at 6/1 looks nailed on to me if he stays fit.
