Protest is a comin'

Post by Mellor »

I see the opinion formers are starting to build their mandate for some kind of protest.

Do these people never learn?

We are Leeds, we have to believe our new players are good enough, encourage and support them and help them grow in to a team to be reckoned with. MoT

GFH out. Clearly GFH are unaware that there's any animosity towards them :D

The fans are entitled to protest. Nothing wrong with that. The only guaranteed income any new investor has is us fans. We buy the tickets, shirts and dodgy burgers.

In theory, If we all stayed away no owner could exist.

The fans are entitled to voice their concerns by way of a protest. Strength in numbers.

I don't know mate, I would have thought even their own kids would hate them.

Oh, I don't disagree, I just don't understand what they are going to protest for.

In the BBC report on the game they mention that fans turned their back on the game in a GFH out gesture. I didnt see that did anyone?

Yes, the South Stand did it.

Argh, a Poznan!

Everyone's entitled to protest. Trouble is the protest, to the media, is taken to represent all fans (it never does) and in the case of lufc it increases the toxicity which is really unhelpful. In short it's pointless and unhelpful.
