As it's Friday I've decided on M&S chipolattas, fried egg, crinkly chips & Branston baked beans. There will be white bread & real butter at the ready to have a obligatory chip butty :D Come on what you eating tonight ?

Home made Beef Stew its in the oven and smelling good.

Will be also having the leftovers some stage of the weekend, even better after warmed up.

Will be a bottle of Red involved :D

Pork loin steaks with a tomato and pepper salsa and almond and apple slices, fried in sesame oil :)

Homemade Chicken Korma (no jars) with Pilau rice and nan bread. Her indoors is away to Letterkenny (she's not an Indian lover) so I can enjoy. :thumbup:

I made a vegetarian, mushroom and spinach curry, with an excellent jar of sauce from Sainsbury's.

My daughter was a vegetarian for years but eventually the smell of bacon lured her back.

Stuffed marrow, green beans & mash.
Pork mince had onions, garlic and chillis from our allotment in it and also from their were the marrow, green beans and spuds. :P :P
