What's your opinion of the manager status?
What's your opinion of the manager status?
I am intrigued by the relative quiet on the Heck' front on here. After yet another, let's say, average season, I was expecting the usual heated debates about the manager status at LUFC!
Have I missed it all? Did I blink?
Are we happy with the manager? Have we given up?
Is there no viable alternative? Are we just glad he hasn't left yet?
Is it a box of frogs we want to keep the lid on?
I'm just curious.
My apologies if I missed it.

Bloody hellfire .. where have you been the last two months ??
It's been like the wild west in here !!
I think the forum's position on arguing about Heck is just taking a breather.
Both sides have suffered heavy losses so they're tending their wounds in the trenches and sending for reinforcements, I would imagine.
That and the fact a lot of people naturally turn away from football when the season is over : holidays, nice weather, cricket, etc all come to the fore for many people.
It'll pick up with the World Cup and when the rumour mill starts churning out the usual guff in a few weeks.
Personally, I'm glad.
That tin hat was getting itchy ..

Pass. Its one of the main reasons i zoned out a little. It got quite toxic for a while. Under Cellino we never got chance to berate our manager, and after hearing the contempt for Hecky, i suppose that's one thing i can thank him for.
Re: What's your opinion of the manager status?
I'm Happy to stay out of this one for the long term. Its too stressful to get into another debate about the manager we have. I just wanna enjoy my posting about what players we can bring in during the summer to improve the squad, no more or no less.Viduka Hits The Mark wrote:Pass. Besides no matter what i think about the manager/Coach its just my opinion and its not a golden ticket to success in willy wonka's chocolate factory so why bother get too humpty dumpty about it again and again. I don't like seeing people get hurt by what i say so i will say nothing about it. Keep it civil and moderate is all i can do my best to avoid hurting anyone...

Did you blink?..
Nah, fell asleep more like!
Sounds like a plan to me Though right now i'm going down the path of a few jars of very chilled ale and rock music.
Aaaah.. that's better..

I have been a bit busy with putting my new kitchen in, but I couldn't find a specific thread about this.
My apologies if I have opened up some wounds.
