Great article.
Looking at his side's....they're super fit and very comfortable on the ball. I seriously can't imagine players like Phillips, Anita, Dallas, O'Kane etc being able to produce anywhere near this level of football.
It's going to take a huge shift in attitude, style and personnel to get anything close to these results. I'm not sure 1 season is enough for such ideas to be implemented, they'd have to really back the guy.
