It's disgraceful to make one of your own players feel like that. You can't help an involuntary groan if something goes wrong but openly booing and ridiculing achieves nothing except creating an atmosphere of hostility and resentment, not to mention smashing a player's confidence. Can not understand why some people do it.

I've never booed either - Just seems a ridiculous thing to do to your own team (Maybe the collective groan sounds like booing?)
I don't boo, and i honestly can't really remember anyone booing around me either. I agree with Ilkley in that the collective groan could be perceived as booing, but i also don't think that can helped. When everyone is following the action kick by kick it's inevitable that there is going to be a a collective sigh when it seems like an attack is building up only stop instantly through an interception etc. The same why cheers get louder as it gets closer to the goal.
The fans who have done this should be ashamed but the club have a lot to answer for.
He should have been loaned out to a L1 team for the season where expectation is less and acclimatised properly.......I felt he had talent and was left out on a limb somewhat.
No no no. Too many of our young players have been subjected to the booing in the last few seasons and their performances have dropped off as a result. I understand that fans are frustrated and anxious to get back to the premier league but booing your own young players before they even enter the field of play is plain wrong. Support your team or stay at home.
I really get annoyed at Booing, its disrespectful! If my team or player does not perform then i will not bother to applaud them off the field and leave the ground annoyed, if the team/player performs then i stay back and applaud and shake hands with the player(s).
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.
