Let's hope Roofe stays fit, to me Roberts has not yet looked up to the job.
The other two look promising in the long term but striker is something history tells me we have always struggled to produce from the youth ranks.
Think you should have included Izzy Brown because think he would be a good possibility.

I've gone for Roberts merely because he is the next senior player. He hasn't been given a proper run out because of his injury just after joining us in January, so far this season he hasn't played so much due to Roofe and Co being on fire.

Personally speaking i would like to see if Edmondson could get the breakthrough he deserves and Dalby also looks promising. We do need to nurture these younger talents more and break them in slowly rather than risk their careers by shoving them right into the deep end where they could as easily sink rather than swim.

It is a set-back but I'm not overly worried about it tbh. Roofe very rarely gets injured. Biesla was happy with the amount of players at his disposal (senior squad along with some of the youngsters) so we could see Edmundson and Dalby amongst the subs in the near future, which is great. I'm gonna put this out there, I'm sure some of you may think I'm insane for mentioning this but I think Alioski could do a job up front with his tenacity and runs off the ball.

Not a bad call Dom. Not bad at all

Klich seems to have an eye for goal this season, both at club and international level. Would he be worth a try in that position if we were stuck?

Phil Hay has said there will be no free agent signing and that Bielsa will make do with he has got!
