Re: The blabla of the forum
I'd forgot its the local elections this week. For the first time since I turned 18 I won't be voting.
Fed up with the system and hope it's a record low turn out.

Changing the subject, but for the first time since I turned 18, I'm unemployed. Nearly. Applied for voluntary redundancy and got it. Have to keep it quiet for now, just had to tell someoneSelby White wrote:...For the first time since I turned 18 I won't be voting...

When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

Rain totally guaranteed for the forceable future. New Garden furniture as arrived and is now sat proudly on the patio.

Sorry, but I hope you're right SW. Just put fertiliser/weed killer on my lawn, needs a good soaking now.Selby White wrote:Rain totally guaranteed for the forceable future. New Garden furniture as arrived and is now sat proudly on the patio.

Re: The blabla of the forum
If we've not much planned for the weekend I usually take Mrs SW out for a meal on Saturdays. Usually early doors 6 to 6.30.
She looked at me daft earlier when I suggested we could do Friday instead.
After a few minutes it dawned on her "what times ko tomoz? *
I came clean, good lass though just getting ready to go tonight
