Agreement (not a purchase) finalized today in Doha by Andrea Radrizzani, owner of the English club, and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, president of QSI.

It is. He's caddied for Seve, Darren Clarke Sergio Garcia and Lee Westwood in the past.
There's a photo somewhere of him caddying in this years Masters with a Leeds shirt under his white uniform.
