A few I like on there, well most things other than Fish Pie which I'm not keen on.NottinghamWhite wrote:We’ve had so far..johnh wrote:
Yes I agree NW. They do Charlie Bigham's at our local mini-supermarket. Get them often. Just a sandwich for me tonight but will manage a glass of red too.
Fish Pie
Chicken Kiev
Cottage Pie
Moussaka
Beef Stroganoff
Macaroni Cheese
Chicken Jalfrezi
Chilli Con Carne
Chicken Korma
Lasagne
Meatballs
Steak & Ale Pie
Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni
Would rather cook ourselves but it’s just easy & as I say really delicious. A decent meal in 40 minutes. We always do vegetables as well to go with most of the dishes. Not cheap you have to pay for quality.
Can't comment on Chicken Jalfrezi, not sure what it is, time to google

Having a ride out to a village pub tonight for our meal, Mrs SW has offered to drive so I can have a beer

Steak and chips with veg. All from our local butchers and very good it is too. Oh and we got a delivery of Naked Wines yesterday so plenty of red to choose from. Yum Yum.

Ended up in a pub in Cawood called "The Castle", nice place and good pint of Timothy Taylor to wash down a Steak & Ale pie.Selby White wrote:Having a ride out to a village pub tonight for our meal, Mrs SW has offered to drive so I can have a beer

Tonight is Roast Gammon with home grown veg.
Bottle of Red later, think it will be a Merlot tonight.
