Just had my fillet steak. 4 minutes each side = medium rare. with chips and sprouts. Just a tip. I get McCains 'Gourmet' oven chips (it says 25/30 minutes on the package but by trial and error I have found that 50/55 minutes makes them perfect and crispy.) Any less and they come out a bit anaemic.

Thanks Sniffer.

Have a beef stew in the slow cooker at the moment. Will have some shop bought dumplings with it and mashed potato.

Birthday today, so it’s the traditional takeaway curry with a few too many beers and wine :shh:

Happy Birthday BB. Have a great evening.

A bit unseasonal but salmon with lettuce, plum tomato's and new pots. Pint of bitter. (It's my contribution to healthy living, will last me for 3 months.)
