It's mine tomorrow - a date I share with Jonathan Woodgate and Alf Ramsey - and will be doing our favourite lamb chops with cauliflower, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding.

Tonight it's MW's special chicken salad, secret ingredient: anchovies.....
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....
