Nottingham White in 3rd with his own personal best score yet (would have won some weeks)

What?? Pipped at the post again! :silent:

Well done Mr Russell.
Thanks

Knew all questions bar 1,5 & 6 which were guesses (correctly). Had no idea bout 8 & 10. Bit of luck I guess.

Congrtas Frankie, though I was surprised I was only 1 behind you. Guessing Southend for Q11 was a bit dumb, considering they were in the question  . Must be why they were in my head  . Wouldn't have guessed Forest if I had 10 goes at it.

Although it wouldn't have made a difference to my poor total, I initially wrote down Forest but changed it.

Worse still I was at that game

I have had better luck with the questions the last few weeks, subject matter a bit more in my zone. The first few weeks, it was hopeless. Also taking more time to think it all through helps.
Saying that this weeks look well out of my zone.

Question 8 of the last quiz I have an admission to make. I read the question out & was totally flummoxed & Sue said what did you say & I repeated the question. Her answer it was a racehorse it was then up to me to work out which it was. Brilliant question in my opinion

That round suited me as an Irish person. Shergar of course was a HUGE story over here at the time, and Rockall is the subject of an old song my father used to sing.

Makes up for the rounds with Cricket questions and what part of England is closer to another part
