Does anyone know who the player is on the September page of the current Leeds United calendar?

I've been trying to figure it out without success.

I have a feeling I will kick myself when I find out.

Its the current calendar, the centenary one from the Leeds United website. it was only £1 in the sale.

I think you might be right.
He's very very young in that picture. I remember David Batty from when he was older and his hair looks dark in the picture.
He did look familiar and like I really should know who he is.

When Major League Soccer expanded into my hometown of Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2017 I had to add my support to the local club. I know, I know, how can I give my heart to two clubs? Fortunately for me, they'll likely never meet on the pitch. Anyway, I'm posting here because the manager of Minnesota United (aka the Loons) is Adrian Heath and I've always thought he was familiar for some reason. Just read a bit of bio that said he was Peter Reid's assistant when the latter was in charge of Leeds. Do any of you have memories of his time here? I'll tell you that he's been somewhat disappointing in Minnesota. Then again I might be a bit spoiled by Bielsa's genius

I think most people would prefer to forget Peter Reid as our manager, not very successful as he won 6 out of 22 games, Adrian Heath was one of his assistants during that period from March 2003 to November 2003. Heath was a way better player for Everton during their successful period in the mid to late 1980's.

The Peter Reid era is indeed best forgotten. I'm just a shade too young to remember Adrian Heath the player

True and he did a good enough job to keep us up the season before although that was more to do with Viduka hitting a rich vein of form at the end of it (11 goals in the last 8 games Reid was in charge for), but the fact he put Roque Junior in our defence 7 times is unforgivable (25 goals conceded in those games)

Adrian Heath was a very good player for Howard Kendall's Everton, although he slipped down the pecking order when they signed Gary Lineker from Leicester. Either way, I rated that Everton side very highly, they played some really good football.

ps. I also remember Heath when he started out at Stoke, where he played alongside the one and only Lee Chapman. There have been a lot worse players capped for England than Adrian Heath.
