Just finished the last of the curry ‘twas deliciousNottinghamWhite wrote:Punjabi tomato curry with chicken. Naan bread, mango chutney ( hot & spicy from Tiptree ) & rice. This is a dish we’ve never tried before but are looking forward to it. We use a mix called Spice Tailor available from most supermarkets it’s excellent highly recommend to those that like a little spice in their lives.

Just been to our local for lunch, had Chicken, Ham & Leek pie with new potatoes and vegetables.
Might just be a bowl of cereal at the most tonight.

On duty tonight, my missus works later today and my limited cooking ability sees a salmon fish cake, new potatoes, peas and mushrooms.
