Roast chicken, stuffing, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, swede, peas & cabbage. Obviously plenty of gravy.

Sweet & sour ( completely home made ) pork, savoury rice, noodles & stir fry. Plenty of Soya Sauce, love the stuff.

Good old, cheer me up, sausage, mash and onion gravy .......... not too Cordon Bleu ........... but just the ticket on a dreary North Yorks. day.
