Just come in, been playing snooker. Had completed 'quick' crossword apart from 'Puzzle'. Had got R*B*S. So I guess REBUS is right.
The knee tablets seemed to do the trick on my wrist. A lot better today. Yesterday, I couldn't hold the snooker cue!
I once played against Don Revie.

That's probably a pretty good exercise for it too, John.

I miss playing. Been about six or seven years for me, I think. We had three tables in the student union in a private room and only members or staff could play. I'd often go down there at lunch time and just play a frame alone, literally, with nobody else in the room.
So satisfying, just knocking the balls about the big table :)

My problem at snooker is my neck. Can't get my chin on the cue now which means I'm 'guessing' the angles when potting. Still got a good safety game though and can lay a good snooker! The days are long gone when I had my best break of 53, I am now more than happy to get a red and a black!

Ordered a cabinet from Argos for home delivery and it can be anytime from 7am.
Hence we got up early and have been patiently waiting.

Just checked my email and noticed my botch up, Monday 9th Nov

Just about to tell Mrs SW :o
