Haha, not often a white drinker but enjoy it with the meal, there are options of another white and a couple of reds with the meal deal.
Only white I like is somewhat looked down on nowadays but get a good one, nicely chilled on a summers day and it's lovely. Riesling.

Erm, since it's Burns Night, the night, little option other than stupid person-a-Leekie soup to start, followed by haggis 'n neeps, with a wee single malt to wash it down.

Very large lamb chop, chips, peas, sprouts. Mint sauce and pint of London Pride. (Single malt later!)

Got a Waitrose Steak & Ale pie. However, the packing states it feeds 2 and her indoors is a Veggie. So will just have it with some peas and a pint of London Pride.

Grilled salmon, buckthorn and sour cream sauce, chips with herbs. Large glass of Riesling.
Nice meal and a pleasant evening at our local ice rink. 4-0, still top of the Finnish league.
