Makes you wonder how much influence SKY has over the fixtures seems a little coincidental that the first game last year was us away at Liverpool and this season away to Scum.
Tsk! I was really hoping we'd get one of the really big teams for the first game of the season! :wtf: :D

Two changes, although predictable ones......

Leeds v Liverpool, now Sunday 12th September at 4.30pm. Live on SKY.

Newcastle v Leeds, now Friday 17th September at 8pm. Live on SKY.

Can't remember the exact year but we played away at Ajax in a pre-season friendly tournament many years ago (late 70's/early 80's ?).
The locals weren't too friendly as I remember.

Not sure we even played Ajax think we played the other two clubs in the tournament, for the hell of me can't remember who it was.
