I like a full English, but normally it's a rather healthier menu: four grain porridge with berries and bilberry soup, fruit, yoghurt and English Breakfast tea.

I enjoy a fry up but don`t have them that often, weekdays i have a big bowl of Alpen low sugar and at weekends either toast with scrambled eggs or a sausage butty.
